Mr. Schwartz is the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings Inc. and several of its affiliates. He joined MacAndrews in 1989. He is also a director of Scientific Games Corporation, Harland Clarke Holdings Corp. and Revlon Consumer Products Corporation. Mr. Schwartz is also a Member of the Board of Trustees of Kenyon College, serving on its Executive Committee, and is Chair of its Admissions and Financial Aid Committee. He also serves as a Trustee of the Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges, and is a Member of the Board of Visitors of the Georgetown University Law Center.
