Mr. Savas is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of MacAndrews & Forbes and several of its affiliates. He has had various roles of increasing responsibility since joining MacAndrews & Forbes in 1994. Mr. Savas has also been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of M&F Worldwide Corp. since May 2006, and he serves on the board of SIGA Technologies, Inc. and Harland Clarke Holdings Corp.
