TTPSpace® consists of diverse, drug-like, well characterized compounds (TTProbes® and Integrated Libraries). TransTech has the capacity to synthesize thousands of well-characterized (LC-MS and HNMR) compounds per day in milligram quantities. TTProbes® are an ensemble of functionally diverse, structurally unique and nested low molecular weight molecules exemplifying key recognition elements that enables an immediate interpretation and subsequent extrapolation of the geometric, stereo-electronic, and physiochemical requirements for binding to the target protein. These molecular probes deliver a focused, yet infinitely adjustable solution to lead discovery or target validation, especially when coupled to the computational capabilities embodied in TTPredict®. They are a tool for rapid biological target validation, bypassing classical requirements, while producing instant data about essential binding elements between biological targets and small molecule modulators. Selectivity and specificity data is generated much earlier compared to that for a classical library hit while avoiding many negative prior art issues.
Compounds available in our TTPSpace® are synthesized and analyzed using state-of-the-art automated robotic synthesis and analysis stations. These stations are robust and task-specific with inherent redundancy, providing a very reliable system. This includes high-speed, parallel synthesis and full characterization of individual small organic molecules using high throughput synthesis techniques. Our design and synthesis processes essentially eliminate compounds with undesirable properties in order to increase lead optimization efficiency.
TTPSpace® is fully integrated with TTPredict®, TTPScreen® and our informatics systems.
