Ph.D. Computational Scientist

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing novel computer-based technologies for tackling complex and difficult drug design challenges. This position also requires participation in structure-based drug design projects. As such, it requires thorough understanding of the interplay between chemical physics, mathematics, structural biology, and computer programming.

Demonstrated experience in C/C++, Java, and Unix for developing and implementing code across a compute cluster is a must. Experience in Perl, Python, SQL, and Linux is highly desirable. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are important.

Bio-Analytical Chemist

The successful candidate will be responsible for the ongoing development of our internal bioanalytical program. Knowledge of HPLC, LC/MS, LC/MS-MS sample preparation techniques, and the development and validatition of bioanalytical methods are essential. The individual must have the ability to develop, implement, and troubleshoot analytical methods independently. In addition, experience in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable: Development and validation of bioanalytical methods (HPLC, LC/MS, LC/MS-MS) for drug and metabolite identification and quantitation in a variety of samples to support discovery and development projects, preparation of biological samples from assorted species using various preparation techniques, experience in early-stage drug discovery in vivo and in vitro sample analysis (Caco-2, PK, and metabolite identification), analysis of PK data and development and implementation of high throughput analytical methods.

Senior Research Associate, Pharmaceutical Development

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and validation of the analytical methods for the drug substances and drug products. Will also conduct preformulation studies and formulation development of NCEs.

Requirements: BS/MS degree in chemistry, pharmacy or related fields. Prefer 5 years industrial experience in analytical method development and testing of oral solid dosage forms. Preformulation and formulation development experience is a plus. Experience of analytical testing equipment, HPLC, UV, NMR, MS, dissolution and training in GLPs and GMPs is a must. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
